TBNSW Mid-Week Racing – 07/01/2004

Black type racing

Black type racing was held at the Gold Coast in Queensland on Wednesday (7.1.04) with the running of the listed Silk Stocking for fillies and mares run over 1400 metres.  TBNSW members were in the winner’s circle in the event when Best French saluted.  Best French (Air de France(USA)-Best of Babylon) bred by Mr G Harvey was too good for British Lion (Celtic Swing(GB)-Glorified) with Eminence Grise (Sea Road-Tiercette) in third place.
