IN RANVET STAKES

When Desert War scored in the Group 1 Ranvet Stakes at Rosehill Gardens on 17 March 2007 he took his record of Group 1 wins to five and also gave his breeder TBNSW member Gooree Park Stud yet another black type win. Congratulations to Gooree Park Stud .

Desert War (Desert King(IRE)-High Heels) scored most impressively from Confectioner (Bubble Gum Fellow(JPN)-Princess Blue) with Railings (Zabeel(NZ)-La Suffragette(NZ)) in third position.

Desert War has now recorded 11 wins (nine at black type level including 5 Group 1’s, 3 Group 2’s and a Listed Race success), 2 second placings and 7 third placings from his 36 career starts with $2,472,510 in prizemoney to date.

Tuesday Joy (NZ) recorded her first Group 1 success when she triumphed in the Group 1 Coolmore Classic at Rosehill Gardens on 17 March 2007. Congratulations to her breeder TBNSW member Strawberry Hill Stud .

Tuesday Joy (NZ) (Carnegie(IRE)-Joie Denise) won from Doubting (Redoute’s Choice-Sovereign Ruby) with Divine Madonna (Hurricane Sky-My Madonna) third.
