UNDUE SCORES IN THE LISTED

MARTHA COVE CLASSIC AND TBNSW

MEMBERS QUINELLA EVENT

A great result for TBNSW members providing the quinella in the Listed Martha Cove Classic run at Caulfield on 1 September 2007.

 

Congratulations to TBNSW members Woodlands Stud , the breeder of Undue the winner of the event and to Gooree Park Stud , the breeder of the runner-up.

 

Undue (Commands-Influence) was successful from Typhoon Zed (Zeditave-Royal Diploma(USA)) with Satin Robes (Ne Coupez Pas(USA)-SpineTingler) third.

 

Undue takes his record to 13 wins (including two Group 1 wins and a Listed Race), 2 second placings and 7 third placings from his 33 career starts for $1,094,255 in prizemoney.

Commands – the sire of Undue

WEEKEND RACING 01/09/2007

Black type racing was conducted in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia this weekend.

 

Caulfield was the venue for black type racing in Victoria on Saturday with the running of the Group 2 Memsie Stakes, the Group 3 Ian McEwen Stakes, the Group 3 HDF McNeil Stakes, Listed D’Urban Quality Stakes, the Listed Arrow Training Services Plate and the Listed Martha Cove Classic. Morphettville was the venue in South Australia for the running of the Listed Penny Edition Stakes and the Listed W H Wylie Handicap. Belmont Park was the venue in Western Australia for the running of the Listed Farnley Stakes.

 

TBNSW members were successful in the Group 3 Ian McEwen Stakes and the Listed Martha Cove Classic.

 


In Melbourne

Caulfield was the venue for black type racing in Melbourne on Saturday with the running of the Group 2 Memsie Stakes, the Group 3 Ian McEwen Stakes, the Group 3 HDF McNeil Stakes, Listed D’Urban Quality Stakes and the Listed Martha Cove Classic the highlights on an eleven event card. TBNSW members recorded 3 winners (including a Group 3 & Listed Race), 4 second placings and a third placing on the day.
