A fantastic result for TBNSW members providing the trifecta in the Group 1 Queen of the Turf Stakes run at Canterbury Park on 5 April 2008. Congratulations to TBNSW members Vinery Stud , the breeder of Forensics the winner of the event, The Best Western Group , the breeder of the runner-up and to Byerley Trading Pty Limited the breeder of the third placegetter.

Forensics (Flying Spur-Prove It) was successful from Perfect Drop (Quest for Fame(GB)-Dane Vintage) with Occurrence (Choisir-Happens) in third position.

Forensics takes her race record to six wins (five at group level including two Group 1 wins) from her 11 career starts for $3,133,750 in prizemoney to date.

THE GROUP 1 RANVET STAKES

TO TUESDAY JOY

When Tuesday Joy (NZ) scored in the Group 1 Ranvet Stakes at Canterbury Park on 5 April 2008, she gave her breeder TBNSW member Strawberry Hill Stud another Group 1 success. Congratulations to Strawberry Hill Stud .

Tuesday Joy (NZ) (Carnegie(IRE)-Joie Denise) was too strong for Princess Coup (Encosta de Lago-Stoneyfell Road) with Desert War (Desert King(IRE)-High Heels) bred by TBNSW member Gooree Park Stud in third place.

This is the third Group success for Tuesday Joy (NZ) who has recorded three wins (all at Group level including two Group 1 wins), 6 second placings and 2 third placings from her 16 race starts for $1,470,150 in prizemoney.
