(METROPOLITAN RACING)

FOR JANUARY 2008

Congratulations to TBNSW member Strawberry Hill Stud , on the efforts of Publishing being the Best Performed Horse bred by a TBNSW member (metropolitan racing) for the month of January.

 

Publishing (Testa Rossa-Sally Magic) was successful in the Group 3 Standish Handicap at Flemington on 1 January 2008 and was runner-up in the Listed Chester Manifold Stakes at Flemington on 19 January 2008.

 

Publishing has now recorded 5 wins (one at black type level) and 2 second placings from 13 career starts with $281,550 in prizemoney.

In Sydney

Canterbury Park was the venue for racing in Sydney on Thursday night with seven events on the program. TBNSW members recorded 4 winners, 3 second placings and 3 third placings on the night.
