There has been a tie for the Best Performed Horse bred by a TBNSW member (metropolitan racing) for the month of December.

Two horses, namely Takeover Target and All American, were locked together at the end of the month.

Congratulations to TBNSW member Meringo Stud Farm , the breeder of Takeover Target and to TBNSW member Strawberry Hill Stud the breeder of All American.

Takeover Target (Celtic Swing(GB)-Shady Stream) was successful in the Listed Razor Sharp Handicap at Royal Randwick on 22 December and in the Arrowfield Stud Sprint at Royal Randwick on 1 December 2007.

Takeover Target has now recorded 16 wins (including 5 Group 1’s, a Group 2, a Group 3 and 4 Listed Race successes), 4 second placings and 3 third placings from 30 starts with prizemoney of $4,528,671.

All American (Red Ransom(USA)-Milva(USA)) was successful in the Listed St Albans Stakes at Moonee Valley on 29 December 2007 and in the DAF Driven By Quality Plate at Moonee Valley on 7 December 2007. All American has the perfect race record of two wins from as many starts.
