Black type racing was conducted in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland this weekend.

Caulfield was the venue for black type racing in Victoria on Saturday with the running of the Group 1 Futurity Stakes, the Group 2 Pol Roger Stakes, the Listed National Jockey Celebration Classic, the Listed JRA Stakes and the Listed Victoria Gold Cup. Royal Randwick was the venue in New South Wales for the running of the Group 2 Royal Sovereign Stakes, the Group 2 Breeders Classic, the Group 2 Light Fingers Stakes, the Group 2 Challenge Stakes, the Group 3 Frederick Clissold Stakes (Cargo Bar Stakes), the Listed TBNSW Breeders Plate and the Listed Gimcrack Stakes. Morphettville was the venue in South Australia for the running of the Group 3 Marsh Breeders’ Stakes, the Group 3 Tooheys New Stakes, the Listed Matrice Stakes and the Listed Adelaide Guineas. Eagle Farm was the venue in Queensland for the running of the Listed J F Meynink Stakes, the Listed C E McDougall Stakes and the Listed Falvelon Quality Handicap.
