In Victoria

Moonee Valley was the venue for racing in Melbourne on Friday night with eight events on the card. TBNSW members recorded 2 winners, a second placing and a third placing on the night.

WEEKEND RACING 15/03/08

Black type racing was conducted in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland this weekend.

 

Rosehill Gardens was the venue for black type racing in New South Wales on Saturday with the running of the Group 2 The Golden Rose, the Group 2 Silver Slipper Stakes and the Group 3 Millie Fox Stakes. Flemington was the venue in Victoria for the running of the Group 2 Blamey Stakes, the Group 3 Matron Stakes, the Listed Bob Hoysted Handicap and the Listed Schweppervescence Sprint. Cheltenham Park was the venue in South Australia for the running of the Group 3 Auraria Stakes and the Listed Port Adelaide Guineas. Ascot was the venue in Western Australia for the running of the Listed Natasha Stakes. Doomben was the venue in Queensland for the running of the Listed Tommy Smith Slipper and the Listed Vo Rogue Plate.

 

TBNSW members were successful in the Group 2 The Golden Rose, the Group 2 Silver Slipper Stakes and the Group 3 Millie Fox Stakes.

 

In Sydney

Rosehill Gardens was the venue for black type racing in New South Wales on Saturday with the running of the Group 2 The Golden Rose, the Group 2 Silver Slipper Stakes and the Group 3 Millie Fox Stakes the highlights on a nine event program. TBNSW members recorded 6 winners (including two Group 2 events and a Group 3 event), 2 second placings and 5 third placings on the day.
