IN SINGAPORE

Champion galloper Takeover Target scored a most impressive win in the Group 1 Krisflyer Sprint at Kranji Racecourse in Singapore on 18 May 2008 setting a new track record in the process. Congratulations to his breeder TBNSW member Mr Tony Hartnell of Meringo Stud Farm .

Takeover Target (Celtic Swing(GB)-Shady Stream) was too good for compatriots Magnus (Flying Spur-Scandinavia) and Sanziro (Danzero-Will Fly) in third position.

Takeover Target has now recorded 17 wins (including 12 black type wins – 6 at Group 1 level), 5 second placings and 4 third placings for $5,045,868 in career prizemoney.
