TBNSW CSU Wagga Wagga Breeders Seminar
Held at the Charles Sturt University Convention Centre in Wagga Wagga on 6 August 2026, the TBNSW Breeders Seminar focused on practical veterinary and breeding management issues affecting broodmares and foals.
Presentations covered topics including pre-pubic tendon rupture prior to foaling, pregnancy complications during mid to late gestation, and post-foaling colic in mares. The seminar provided breeders with current veterinary knowledge and management strategies aimed at improving mare and foal welfare and breeding outcomes. It also offered attendees the opportunity to network and discuss industry challenges and developments.

Scone Breeders Seminar
Held at the Hunter Valley Equine Research Centre on 13 August 2026, the Scone Breeders Seminar was jointly supported by Thoroughbred Breeders NSW and the Hunter Thoroughbred Breeders Association. The event featured presentations from a range of industry professionals and subject matter experts, delivering the latest research, breeding information, and industry updates relevant to thoroughbred breeders. The seminar encouraged knowledge sharing across breeding operations of all sizes.
