TBNSW Board Member Vicky Leonard was among five outstanding women recognised at the recent 2026 Magic Millions Racing Women Achievement Awards.
Leonard received the NSW & ACT award, acknowledging her contribution to the thoroughbred industry through media and marketing. She was joined by jockey Angela Jones (QLD), racing executive Sam Swaine (VIC), jockey Jessica Tzaferis (SA & TAS) and trainer Alana Williams (WA).
Now in its third year, the Magic Millions Racing Women Achievement Awards recognise leadership, innovation, and impact across all levels of the industry. Each recipient was awarded a $10,000 TAB Racing Women Scholarship to support ongoing professional development and strengthen their contribution to racing.
Recipients were selected by a national judging panel comprising Zara Tindall, Gai Waterhouse, Denise Martin, Bernadette Cooper and Sophie Swain.
